E3 2000 Wrap-up

Hi, this is erik.  Welcome to my E3 2000 diary!

Although I someday hope to make my living as a professional gamer, I currently still have to keep my day job as a rock musician.  Here I am at home on the day we left working on a heavy piano riff for my new song "Rumble in Rock City".   I've been a musician ever since I can remember.  My memory basically starts in 1994 when I drank some bad pruno, which  is a type of alchoholic beverage prisoners make out of chow-hall fruit, sugar, yeast, and water.  The pruno that injured my brain  was made out of chow-hall fruit and paint thinner.  Chet tells me I was a musician even before I can remember.  So I'm pretty musical.

I'm in a rock band.  We're called Kid Wykked.  We're kind of like Kid Rock, only in the parts where he raps, we just rock more.  Like Kid Rock, I've made a few dollar bills, and like Kid Rock I find it hard to hang out in crowds.   But unlike Kid Rock, this is because my face and neck are covered with a dense network of spider veins that make me horrible to look at, like the Elephant Man.  The reason I look so good in these shots is because of the miracle creme Veinish.  It only works for a few hours at a time, but without it I would have never worked up the nerve to go to E3.
